This course is designed to equip leaders with the necessary people and personal skills required when thorny issues have to be broached. This workshop will give leaders a road map to navigate their way through difficult conversations towards a productive end. Through customized exercises and specialized modules, participants will improve on their abilities to:

Engage positively with stakeholders
Deal with complaints productively
Motivate staff
Conduct staff appraisals successfully
Work towards collaborative resolutions
Develop good relations

Methodology

Customized exercises
Using the DISC behavioral assessment tool, each participant will have their own behavioral assessment done
Specialized modules and interactive discussions will equip participants with the knowledge to develop positive relationships
Role plays with the trainer and among participants will tamper the theory with practice
